US BioTec’s proprietary technology of combining natural chemistries with microbial components is the result of many years of research with various crops, across numerous states, under a wide array of field conditions. As a result, US BioTec’s products are state-of-the-art in their ease of use, versatility of applications and substantial shelf life. These bio-chemical products represent the most sophisticated components of natural plant growth stimulants, soil microbes, and plant derived minerals commercially available.

US BioTec’s current product portfolio consists of approximately thirty products.

US BioTec intends to launch the following
lawn and garden products in the spring of 2006.

Increase	Biological foliar amendment for fruits and vegetables. Assists blooming and bud development, bloom and fruit retention and increases immunity to environmental stress.
Soil Fruit	Biological foliar amendment for vegetables that produce below ground. Assists blooming and bud development, bloom and fruit retention and increases immunity to environmental stress.
Degrader	A microbial product that decomposes dead plant matter, synthetic fertilizer and pesticides.
Flower Pro	Foliar applied product designed to make flowers break dormancy in the spring or continue to flower in later season.
Blade	A foliar applied product designed for promotion of stem and leaf growth in grass.
R-Mass	A Foliar applied product designed for promotion of root system growth in grass.
Fungaide	A foliar applied product designed for enhancing immune system functions in plants to assist in fighting infection from various microbial pathogens.

US BioTec is in the process of determining a consumer identity and brand appropriate for the retail product set and market. Individual products will be chosen from the base of products above. However, certain label changes, branding or product adaptation could be required to meet the needs of this market segment, and may be performed on any product above before final market launch is achieved.

In addition to the above products, US BioTec is developing new product sets with different base technologies. These additional product sets include: Pathogen Control, Liquid Micronutrients, Seed Treatments, Foliar Fertilizers and Process Organic Fertilizer.
